(based on ½ hour increments)

OVERNIGHTS, HOLIDAYS, RETURNED CHECKS & KEYS

Overnights:

$75 per night

Holiday charges:

Time and a half

Watering lawns and gardens

$17 per 1/2 hour

Returned Checks:

$25 + bank fees

Key drop off/pick up:
